Each of these short waltzes condenses a mood within a brief form. Their common sway must not make them interchangeable: an upbeat, a harmonic turn or a phrase ending is enough to alter their gait.
Sing the upper line and play the bass separately. Once both directions are clear, add the inner chords with less weight so that the first beat remains a support rather than a blow.
Brief pedal will help changes of colour without erasing articulations. Between the waltzes, take time to establish a new inner tempo rather than mechanically retaining the previous one.
