About this work
Flight of the Bumblebee comes from Rimsky-Korsakov's opera The Tale of Tsar Saltan. The file offered here is a piano transcription: it is neither the orchestral score nor an original instrumental part.
The PDF has 5 pages and presents the chromatic passagework on two staves. A separate MIDI file provides a guide to continuity, but the speed of automatic playback is not a practice target.
Group the notes by position and seek the shortest movements between the hands. Practise without pedal first and with regular accents; blurred articulation does not become more convincing when accelerated. Changes of fingering should be settled before reaching the final tempo. The file carries a public-domain notice, but no arranger is recorded in the database.
